Are you an all singing, all dancing Home Manager in Birmingham?
Would you jump at the opportunity of working within a new, purpose built, small and specialist nursing home, that cares for individuals with complex needs?
If you desire a different challenge and are seeking something new and like the sound of caring for those living with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, this could be for you.
As a Home Manager, if your style of care is person centred, focused on creating independence which is built on rehabilitation, then you are going to love this place.
This is community based living at its finest and you will be well supported in your role.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team that includes a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Health Care Assistants, Activities and Life Skills Coordinators as well as an in-house Therapy Team.
This role won't be for everyone, their our behaviours that challenge and the nursing care offered is intensive and includes tracheotomy care, ventilators and PEG feeding.
There is work to be done on improving monitoring, reporting, policies and processes so you will need to be a Home Manager that is quality driven, process orientated and who can demonstrate you have done improvement work before.
