A very exciting opportunity has arisen in Llanrwst, North Wales, for an experienced Care Home Manager to manage two homes. The two homes are within walking distance of each other and are part of a medium sized care operator who pride themselves on offering their residents an opportunity to enjoy a whole new lease of life.

You will oversee the management of a total of 46 residential beds with the support of a dedicated and passionate team.

As a Care Home Manager do you already have dual site management experience? Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge and would like the opportunity to manage two different sites, it would look great on the CV wouldn't it?

We are looking for a Care Home Manager with kindness and the ability to empower teams to deliver the best care possible. You must have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management and an enthusiasm for elderly care. Dementia care experience would also be a bonus.
