An outstanding Care Home Manager opportunity has arisen offering a successful applicant the chance to be part of a fabulous small independent Care Home Company based in the North West.

This position offers an experienced Care Home Manager the chance to work with a compassionate team with a great support system in its senior management, all within a beautiful setting.

This care company is debt free, they have a Care Quality Manager who supports their managers in compliance, a commercial manager who helps with occupancy, an in house trainer that goes into each of their homes on a monthly basis as well as an end of life care specialist who has helped them to the award of 'Beacon Status' in palliative care on two separate occasions.

This home has an overall 'Good' rating with the CQC and offers a very attractive salary with benefits, one of the very best in the area for a residential service.

My client is looking for someone with at least 3 to 5 years management experience and knows what it takes to offer the very best EMI and dementia care.
