and by golly have they got it right.
This home has made a phenomenal turnaround over the last two years, they have a really strong Manager at the helm, and she is dragging the home kicking and screaming into the GOOD rating heading for the OUTSTANDING rating.

Size : 70 beds Clientele : Adult ABI and Elderly all with nursing requirements
The home is doing really well, the relationships with the CQC, CCG and LA are good, the residents are happy, the relatives are positively ecstatic.
Would you like to be the Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead Nurse for this lovely home.
Its a 40 hour a week role, all supernumerary hours,
supporting the RNs and the Care Practitioners and the Manager of course.
To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of The Home.
To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while at all times supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager.
To maintain care and management skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
To manage the services within The Home in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with the Registered Provider.
Relocation - If relocation is required, we are able to assist financially and realistically with accommodation suitable for you and your family.
Training - Appropriate training will be organised, NVQ L5 supported and encouraged.
