My client is looking for passionate, talented RGN or RMN qualified leaders to join their team at their home in Cwnbran which cares for 40 elderly residents. As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Home by leading the clinical and care teams to deliver the highest standards of care, putting residents at the heart of what you do.
As Deputy Manager, you will be required to work alternate weekends and support the Clinical team. You will have a good understanding of CIW requirements, be passionate, warm and love what you do.
You will also need to hit the ground running.
