Nursing Home Managers and Deputy Home Managers of the North West, are you looking for an opportunity to join an award winning medium sized care operator? As a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager would you like to join a company with real family values and a passion for care?

We have a fabulous opportunity in the North West for this very company. Their home is set in a pleasant and picturesque rural location, but is close to good public transport links and surrounded by beautiful gardens. They are proud to encourage a large range of activities for their residents to enjoy including gardening, baking, quizzes and regularly go on day trips.

In recent times this home has had a hiccup, going from a 'Requires Improvement' CQC inspection to a 'Inadequate,' but this I think makes this role all that more unique. Could you be the Home Manager that turns this service around? Wouldn't it look great on that CV?

We are looking for a Home Manager who is driven, motivated and believes in quality care. Of course you will possess strong leadership and management qualities, but we are looking also for a dynamic Home Manager who is flexible and approachable.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified nurse with an active nursing pin from the NMC, either RGN, RMN or RNLD. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous Nursing Home Management experience, but a strong Deputy Manager will also be considered. You must have your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or at least be working towards it. As well as this you will enjoy caring for the elderly and be passionate about leading a team to provide the very best person centered care.
