I am recruiting exclusively for a very special Home Manager opportunity, one where the successful applicant will be able to bring their compassion and creativity to the forefront, by joining a delightful and markedly forward-thinking care home operator. These folks have an incredible track record and an impressive heritage but this is a unique care home.
You'll be pleased to know that the home is situated in an enviable part of stunning Lytham St Annes, enjoying great transport links, walking distance to the seafront and other advantages. What's more, it is a delightfully small, characterful but modern Care Home, presenting a fabulous opportunity for a capable Registered Manager to further develop as a hub of the community and centre of care excellence.
There is also the opportunity for you to influence the direction the service takes in terms of care specialism, something they already have exciting ideas about; and they'd also like you to have a say in how the management team is structured.
