I have an exciting opportunity for an RGN living in and around Worcestershire.


My client runs a small group of privately owned, award winning care homes priding themselves on person centred care and specialising in Dementia care.


Located in a picturesque setting, and with a Good CQC rating, this home has a dedicated Dementia care facility. The team provides homely care which promotes independence in a calm and welcoming social atmosphere. Residents feel loved and visitors feel welcome. The care team are part of the family and this particular home boasts a very low staff turnover.


My client are seeking an individual with previous experience working with Dementia patients in a nursing home setting who can provide the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support. The role is a full time post, 3 nights per week on a 7 day rota offering up to £16.50ph for the right candidate along with private healthcare insurance.

What we are looking for:

  • A current registration with the NMC
  • Up to date knowledge of nursing theory and be able to demonstrate effective nursing practise
  • Experience caring for Dementia patients and a passion for doing so
