Part of an award winning National provider of Nursing homes in the UK, my client is seeking an established Home Manager to take on this large nursing home in Birmingham.
On a Requires Improvent CQC rating, we are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives on turnaround and can make a lasting impression.
This site cares for those who have residential, dementia and nursing needs or who just require a short-term respite stay.

The home aims to tailor care for each individual, for the mind as well as the body, in an atmosphere of companionship and fun, combined with respect and dignity.

There is a wide programme of daily activities to suit all needs and plenty of space for socialising and entertaining friends and family. All visitors are warmly welcomed and cross-generational contact is encouraged.

Good connections are kept with the local community, schools, and there are trips out to local places of interest.
As the Registered Manager you will have overall management of this medium/Large sized, busy home - putting your residents and their families & the forefront of every decision.
Recruiting, leading, developing and supervising your management and care team
Working closely with CQC, Local Authorities and external bodies, building strong relationships and developing the care service

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes.
  • Be a currently registered nurse
  • Possess strong commercial acumen
  • Have excellent communicative skills
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership
