My client are looking for an excellent communicator with experience of leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver excellent quailty care, build and maintain positive realtionships with residents, relatives and volunteers while adhering to the company's ethos and values.

Situated North East of Cannock, and easily commutable from Stafford, Lichfield and Uttoxeter, this site provides high quality care for up to 36 elderly users and young adults with physical disabilities in pleasant and welcoming surroundings. It is rated in the top 20 in the West Midlands.
Services are person-centred, with each resident achieving a fulfilling lifestyle and enjoying a wide range of activities and days out, as well as offering alternative therapies.

The suucessful candidate must have experience managing a Residential or Nursing Home for those with physical disabilities, a current NMC PIN and NVQ Level 4.
