About the job

Staff Nurse

Are you experienced in supporting older people with complex care needs?
Are you an organised, methodical Nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change?
Then you can build a fast-moving nursing career with our client and help their residents get more out of life every day.

You will be situated in the heart of Yorkshire Dales with beautiful landscapes and beautiful maintained gardens. You will be looking after older people as well as specialist care for people with dementia.

What you'll do?

As a RGN you will be required to look after the physical, psychological and social needs of the residents to help deliver the quality care they deserve.

You will be taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met; leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home. Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents. You will need to demonstrable passion for caring for the elderly and infirm and a flair for helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings. A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development; with a respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times

So what's the criteria?

  • I am looking for a staff nurse who is NMC registered and who knows what good looks like.
  • You will have experience of breaking eggs to make omelettes and you'll know when and why that sometimes needs to be done.
  • You will relish creating a buzz about a place where people are truly proud to live and work.
  • If you were a stick of rock and we cut you in half, it would probably say NICE.
  • Chances are you probably prefer a fair amount of autonomy but value the input of like minded
  • colleagues whose opinion you can respect. You got it.

What's on offer?
You can expect a competitive pay of £16.00 per hour (negotiable), free learning and development, automatic enrolment into profit share scheme, access to childcare vouchers just to name a few.

Call me in confidence or apply with CV.

You'll be glad that you did.
