An exceptional provider of elderly care are seeking a Registered General Manager in the market town of Swindon. Requirements for this position

Provide evidence of at least 2 years senior management experience in a relevant care setting within the past 5 years.    

Is qualified at level 3 NVQ or working towards it. Working towards level 4 and the Registered Managers Award.

  1. Evidence of having undertaken periodic training to update his/her knowledge, skills and competence, and in the case of registered nurses that the NMC post registration education and practice requirements had been met.

  2. Possession of the ENB 998 or 730 Courses (Teaching Certificates) Mentorship Course, would be useful when the Registered Person is required to provide teaching programmes for staff.

  3. The applicant should have been in employment recently and show evidence of being up to date with current legislation, mandatory requirements and key issues facing the healthcare industry.

  4. All post holders with professional nursing or other professional qualifications must maintain their own professional registration or membership requirements of the NMC or any other professional body.
