Emma Mansell is a double degree educated, fabulously friendly professional. She worked for 14 years in business development in the blue chip business arena, on a national basis.
After the birth of her first child she went back to University, re-training to become a Midwife, working in the NHS. Emma has ten years of clinical experience working in both the private nursing home and NHS sectors. As a midwife she cared and supported women and their families while pregnant, throughout labour and during the period after a baby’s birth, offering evidence based clinical information working with an MDT that included Gynaecologists, GPs, Health Visitors, Neonatal Nurses and Maternity Support Workers.
These two quite different backgrounds meld together to give an individual Senior Recruitment Consultant who ensures best fit for both candidates and employers, she has an excellent understanding of the personal benefits of both sectors, and is ideally placed to assist businesses and candidates to make the most beneficial employment decisions.
Emma joined Recruitment Panda in 2016, an enthusiastic professional with a real ability to multitask in an effective manner. As a midwife she mentored and trained Students, Maternity Support Workers and other HCP's and has a very good understanding of the benefits and constraints that affect both clinical and residential care. She has two children, a flock of chickens, two horses and four cats.
