Social Care Executives of the highest calibre, brace yourselves...

A plan is coming together for an established Care Home group to pivot in a new direction concentrating on new builds.

A search has commenced for a Chief Executive Officer to head up the company's foundation of homes, so the owner can invest her time executing the plan.

A small fortune has/is being spent assembling a crack team to make the group sing. Their quality ratings will be excellent by the end of the year, especially with your leadership.

With a t/o north of £50m and a track record of success where others have failed, tremendous resources are at your disposal to execute this vision, but the job is not for the faint-hearted.

That's why it comes with a salary of up to £300k plus a substantial bonus to ensure you'll be rewarded in line with your skills and experience, which must truly be in the upper echelons of professionals in the business of Social Care in the UK.

Please DO NOT APPLY if you are not a Care Home Group (autonomous) Operations Director for at least 20 homes or Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer or Chief Executive Officer. Again, Care Home Group tenure at one of these levels is essential and you will not be considered otherwise, no exceptions on this one.

If you are one of the above, please apply or call Sam Sanderson at your earliest convenience for an NDA.

Sam is an ever-present consultant to the UK care sector which he has served since 2009. Since day one he has been telling people that nurses and social care professionals (of all kinds) are the unsung heroes of society.

He credits his affinity for the care sector to his Granny, who passed away in 2016 after a five-year battle with Dementia.

Sam believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success.

He continues to develop Recruitment Panda to be an EMPLOYER WHO CARES (like our clients) and to continue to be simply the best at...
