Since 2015, Recruitment Panda have run the Recruitment Panda Charity Voucher Scheme sending a voucher worth £25 to every candidate we have ever helped find a job.
The scheme allows them to donate this money to any UK-registered charity of their choosing. Through this scheme, we have supported an incredible range of charities. Literally, every charity which is close to the hearts of our candidates.

Nurturing Talent
Aspirational mentorship with BW3
Business Working with Wythenshawe (BW3) is an amazing organisation with a mission to support, inspire, innovate & volunteer in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Wythenshawe has been home to a Recruitment Panda office since 2015.
BW3:
- Established in 2002
- Inaugurated as a charity 2020
Members of the Recruitment Panda team take part in their Aspirational Mentorship programme which involves training, before being partnered with a GCSE or A-Level student from local schools and colleges. We meet regularly, helping support, guide and encourage through key stages of education and/or entry into the working world.
BW3's Aspirational mentorship programme:
- Launched in 2011
- Has helped 88% of mentored students into full-time training, employment or university
James Eldon, principal of Manchester Enterprise Academy described it as a “revolution in aspiration”.
As consultant recruiters, our insight of the world of employment has been valued by mentees and BW3. We have been asked to increase our involvement and are very glad to do so.
Socio-economically, Wythenshawe is thought to be a disadvantaged area of the city. In the not-too-distant past, The New York Times described Wythenshawe as an "extreme pocket of social deprivation and alienation". We challenge that negative impression of our neighbourhood because the Wythenshawe we recognise is this, far more up to date, view of our amazing home.
Through our involvement with BW3 Recruitment Panda joins companies such as Manchester Airports Group, Microsoft, The Co-op, Laing O' Rourke, Amazon and others in doing so, supporting the region's future economy, through education and empowerment.

A MISSION OF OUR OWN...
We don't just care about our clients and candidates.
It's a little-known fact that our Managing Director Sam Sanderson's wife is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology.
More than that, she is considered a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist in the field of children and young people's mental health.
Job-wise, she is currently a Senior Clinical Psychologist responsible for related service design and delivery in an integrated role (employed by the NHS embedded in a Local Authority) in the North of England. Anna also has a burgeoning private practice and is one of the world's leading experts on imaginary friends in childhood.
All of this is to say that Sam and Anna (and Recruitment Panda Ltd and Nurture Psychology Ltd by extension) share a mission to destigmatise mental health issues, increase accessibility to mental health support and enhance the wellness of as many people as possible.
Recruitment Panda already provides facilities and resources for mental health professionals in local communities.
By arrangement, our offices at Station House, Stamford New Road, Altrincham, WA14 1EP are available for the use of mental health practitioners, therapists and professionals.
It is our mission to have an office in every major town and city in the UK which hosts a community cafe on the premises, with drop-in sessions focused on wellness in all its forms (CBT, DBT & other therapies both psychological and complementary combined with yoga, meditation and other physical therapies). Think comfy therapy rooms, group session spaces and a non-judgmental, welcoming and nurturing atmosphere of personal growth and development.
