Tim Roby is now an incredibly well-established Principal Consultant who has enjoyed notable success helping nurses and nurse managers find fulfilling new jobs. A uniquely caring young man, his inspiration for Social Care recruitment came from his glamorous Grandmother, Rose who passed in 2017 at the grand age of 104 years old. Tim is usually the life and soul of family get-togethers and is a firm favourite of his nieces and nephews. 

Degree-educated and highly dedicated. As part of his career, he has also managed teams in recruitment and customer service operations and led many different groups of people at numerous events. He knows well how to juggle a large workload and prioritise competing demands. 

More generally, he is a highly personable individual who cannot do enough for those he comes into contact with. He has developed and nurtured relationships for Recruitment Panda with some of the Health and Social Care industry's most popular employers in various geographies nationwide.
