Part of a small to medium care group, they have homes right across the country that are well established and boast good results from their governening bodies.

You will be supported by a Senior Team comprising of Regional Managers, Regional Support Managers and even Quality Managers. Don't worry, you will get the autonmy to run the home as you see fit, but to have someone in support who will pat you on the back for a job well done would be nice wouldn't it.
