This is a small residential home set in a beautiful location.
Part of a small family run care group, they have homes right across the North West that are well established and boast good results from their governing bodies.
2022 is set to be a big year for this service due to the fact they are looking to add more beds and complete an extension. Now wouldn't that be a great project to be apart of?
Fantastic places to work, they actively encourage career development, the sky is really the limit. You will be supported by a Senior Team comprising of an Operations Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager and hands on Directors. Don't worry, you will get the autonomy to run the home as you see fit, but to have someone in support who will pat you on the back for a job well done would be nice wouldn't it?

With a salary of between £30k - £35k on offer initially, with a new extension and more beds to manage, this salary will inevitably rise.
