A small, family run care home, in an affluent part of Inverness, is looking for their next Home Manager.
The service is in good shape, it has had a longstanding manager at the helm who has worked for the company for over 10 years.
Like any home, it has had it's fair share of problems in years gone by, the owners are transparent and don't shy away from this.
In fact they have worked hard since taking over this service, building back up it's reputation with the support of an Operations Manager who is currently at the helm. They are on the right trajectory, with 'Good' ratings from the Care Inspectorate.
They also now have some exciting plans ahead, with changes on the horizon, which they are hoping you can be apart of.
If you enjoy leading teams and pride yourself on person centred care to the elderly, you will have all the tools and support to do your job successfully.
With a competitive salary of up to £50k per annum, plus additional benefits for a special someone, this home is less than 30 beds.
