With Directors exuding the qualities of conscientiousness and loyalty, the first thing you'll benefit from joining this company is control and autonomy. You'll get the keys to the castle; so we're looking for someone with the ability and confidence to get off to a flying start (Care Home Senior Management experience being the predictor).

You'll also have exciting projects to get your teeth into from the off. The group's owners have been busy developing plans to open a new service, stunningly refit, and extend one of their most successful homes. They're working towards the development of a first too. in one of their regions, a state-of-the-art elderly/dementia care new build facility.

Care home or similar senior management experience is essential but most important are your strategic leadership skills and experience.
