This service is truly breathtaking. The residents have activities 7 days a week and the option of various rooms and suites based on their needs. It genuinely a home away from home.
So what are they looking for?
- Someone who is a clinician (RGN or RMN)
- A manager who can lead, nurture and motivate teams to be their best
- Someone who can see the vision to achieve or has previously achieved an outstanding rating with CQC
- A leader who is fully aware of what Outstanding looks like and what's needed to achieve it
What you will get in return:
- A generous package of £70k per annum plus a quarterly bonus plus a one off payment for achieving Outstanding
- Full Autonomy to run the home
- Ongoing professional training and development
