Specialist Registered Management position for community learning disability and mental health step down services with a negotiable package in the region of £35k. 

We seek someone who is interested in making this position their own and overseeing a small but complex Supported Living Scheme, due to promotion. 

This vacancy comes at a time in which they're about to grow, and its intended the successful person will also grow with them: 

  • A specialist care business with multiple properties in the Blackpool, Lancashire area that 
  • Employs 70+ highly trained professionals responsible for supporting
  • 15 people, each with their own, often complex, sometimes tragic backgrounds, all equally deserving of support to live as independently as possible despite their mental health and/or learning disability needs 

The foundation of success has been a dedicated focus on quality. Caring for people e.g. sectioned under the mental health act, or with forensic and/or complex mental health needs they are the go-to provider for this type of care in the area.
