Well established, family run portfolio seeks a Registered Manager for long term relationship in and around Somerset.

As a Registered Manager do you LOVE leading teams in order to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals they care for?
Perhaps as a Registered Manager you desire a company that invests in it's own people and shares that LOVE with meaningful training - six of their employees are currently undertaking their Level 5 and they have some great connections with local college's in order to get the very best out of their staff.
Now this role won't be for everyone:
YOU WILL
- You will have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
- You will be a dab hand at marketing with a good and far-reaching network.
- You will have previous management experience and hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or at least be working towards this.
Now I can't promise you flowers or chocolates, though they may be forthcoming in time, but you will be handsomely rewarded with a salary of £45,000 +, depending on experience. This comes with a robust induction, continuing professional development and 6 weeks paid holiday to name but a few.
