You'll be working for a small family run care provider, who are truly ahead of the times in terms of their structure. They have an in house trainer, a marketing executive, a newly appointed Quality Assurance Manager and a Clinical Operations Manager.
You really will have all the support at your fingertips. To succeed in applying you will be a registered manager or a long standing deputy and must be a nurse.
This service is very niche in terms of the care it provides. So you must be clinically sound and ideally have experience of ABI and complex care.
You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector and be well organised with management skills apparent. You will also have or be working towards your Level 5 in leadership and management.
