I've had the pleasure of looking around this nursing home and can tell you it offers a wonderful opportunity to transform a purpose-built nursing home, it's warm and cosy and has some truly breathtaking features!
You'll be working for a small family run care provider, who are truly ahead of the times in terms of their structure. They have an in house trainer, a marketing executive and a newly appointed Quality Assurance Manager. You really will have all the support at your fingertips.
To succeed in applying you will be a registered manager for a medium/large service that offers predominantly elderly care and dementia care. You will be either a registered manager with experience in a nursing home setting or a deputy manager looking to progress their career. You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector and be well organised with management skills apparent.
You will also have or be working towards your Level 5 in leadership and management. Ideally be an RGN or RMN with up to date clinical skills but this isn't a necessity.
