Registered Manager - Preston

There is some work to do in terms of CQC compliance. You need to be confident and enjoy marketing and building links with the community and also the local authority. Part of a small family run group, this role would suit someone who is seeking to work with an employer which is well established and is focused on that family-feel experience in their homes.

Here, you are very much seen as an individual, not just one of the numbers. The senior management team knows all of their Home Managers personally, and your well-being is their priority. And this cascades down into all they do. You will receive lots of support, the Directors have recently invested in a Group Trainer and technology enhancements throughout their homes.
