Managing more than one service isn't easy, but it doesn't half look great on a CV, wouldn't you agree?

Now this role won't be for everyone:

• You will have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities and autism.
• You will be a dab hand at marketing with a good and far-reaching network.
• You will have previous management experience and hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or at least be working towards this.

If you live within commuting distance of Milton Keynes and pride yourself on creating, developing, and maintaining the independence of those you care for, lets speak.

This small, well established care operator have quite the portfolio, with one of the nicest Operations Directors you will ever have the pleasure of speaking with. They are incredibly supportive.

You will gain exposure of managing two very different services, just 20 minutes apart.

The contract:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Fully supernumerary hours

With a salary of up to £55k per year, this is a very competitive salary and a very different role. No day will be the same working at the helm of two teams in two different environments.
