Trainee Home Manager, what's one of them?
Well its simple really, if you have elderly care experience and are a registered nurse you're half way there.
Of course there is a little more to it than that, but in essence, if you are becoming frustrated by your current Home Manager and think you could do a better job, then this role might be for you.
Perhaps you are a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse, that keeps getting knocked back for Home Management positions because.....well you have no previous Home Management experience!!
Does anyone ever wonder how anyone gets their first shot at Home Management responsibility anyway?
Maybe you are working towards your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management and want to start putting your new found skills to good use, well now you can. If not, well there is no need to worry as they can help you with this.
If you enjoy working within elderly care and have an understanding of what it takes to lead teams, then let's talk.
This small independent Care Home Company are well established and are growing, so its a great time to join them.
They are a company that think differently about their recruitment and understand that everyone is different and individual. That's why there are simply not many opportunities like this out there.
If you want the opportunity to progress your career and lead a stable team of hardworking staff, in an environment that is catered to the needs of the individuals it cares for then I'm pleased you have read this far. You are already invested.
Don't worry, it's a big jump I know, quite daunting in fact, but rest assured they currently have a Home Manager in place who is working wonders and is being tipped for big things within the company and this is where you come in.
So what are you waiting for?
Give me a call or apply with a CV, even if it's not fully up to date, I will help you with that also to give you the very best chance.
