The Job:
As an Admissions Coordinator you will oversee and manage all enquiries for bed availability across a group of well loved care homes.
You will develop and maintain a comprehensive logging system for enquiries, building and nurturing relationships with social workers, local authorities, and brokerage teams.
You will act as the face of the business in the community, collaborating with home managers to ensure smooth admissions processes.
Creating regular reports on enquiries, conversions, and occupancy rates, you won't be stuck behind a desk with the opportunity to visit the care homes regularly to maintain strong internal relationships.
If you like your marketing, you will also be pivotal in supporting marketing initiatives to promote the care services.
The Ideal Candidate:
You could be an experienced Home Manager or Junior Manager looking to take a step away from the coal face, but know a thing or two about selling beds and want to keep your foot in the sector.
The Package:
With a package of up to £30,000 on offer, plus a handsome bonus structure TBC, based on conversions and occupancy, this is a special and rather unique role.
