My old man says Children are all snotty little herberts!

He would not get this job as a Deputy Manager within a BRAND NEW Children's residential home.

You on the other hand, recognise that kids don't all get a good start in life.

You've also decided that a career in residential children's care is definitely for you.

You have experience in the field already and understand what a difference quality clinical support has to the well-being of youngsters, especially when it comes to mental health.

Paying up to £36,000 per annumn

You will report to the Home Manager and support the team to provide high quality and safe care to young people and their families, building relationships, carrying out observations, and take responsibility to ensure the home runs smoothly.

So, if you have prior experience working with young people, or mental health, and would like to progress your career with ongoing training, please call the Recruitment Panda office to speak with Kim for a conversation in confidence about this vacancy or just generally about your next career move, please apply with CV.
