What have Winnie the Pooh and great Care Organisations got in common?

A.A. Milne, who famously said:

"Organising is something you do before you do anything, so that when you do it, it is not all mixed up."

Care sector: Administrators, Executive Administrators, Personal Assistants, CQC Sharp Junior (or Middle) Managers looking for something a little different, read on...

Your next prospective employer strongly believes this and that great care begins with great organisation. So they've created a new position in their company that will appeal to people who wish to make a meaningful impact but perhaps don't wish to hold a CQC registration of their own, and to people who have worked in care before and wishes their former workplaces were better organised.

Here, as the Group Quality and Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Group Quality Manager and Group Operations Manager, you will support various functions related to audits, governance, investigations, recruitment, and compliance.

Perhaps most significantly, you'll be treated as one of the most important parts of the business.

More details:

  • Competitive Salary: £34k-£36k per annum
  • Professional Development: Learn about cutting-edge quality frameworks, CQC, legislative, and technology changes.
  • Forward-Thinking Environment: Opportunity to work across the spectrum of operations and quality, accelerating the company into the modern age with initiatives in marketing, social media, electronic care systems, systems integrations, and even AI.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.

Requirements?

You will need to know CQC regulations well and that means you must have fairly significant exposure to the care sector.

We also value loyalty, so we're looking for someone who has demonstrated staying power with individual employers too.

Sam is an ever-present consultant to the UK care sector which he has served since 2009. Since day one he has been telling people that nurses and social care professionals (of all kinds) are the unsung heroes of society.

He credits his affinity for the care sector to his Granny, who passed away in 2016 after a five-year battle with Dementia.

Sam believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success.

He continues to develop Recruitment Panda to be an EMPLOYER WHO CARES (like our clients) and to continue to be simply the best at...
