Regional Support Manager roles are something you won't see every day.

They are a luxury commodity for care home operators able to afford them. Don't get me wrong, they are out there, they can just be very hard to find.

Well, I have news... you may have just uncovered a gem.

If you are interested in working for a small family group that is highly respected and reputable then look no further. A competitive salary of £50k pa is on offer and the company is known for sharing generous discretionary annual bonus' too.

The portfolio also benefits from a forward thinking Operations Director, their very own Head Office Management Support Team keen on continually developing every service and Directors that truly care.

The company is currently going through an ambitious growth period, which is why they are up-scaling their operation and you could be part of this journey.

As a Regional Support Manager, it's important you have a wealth of experience in elderly care home management. You'll also know a thing or two about care management software.

Most importantly, your ability to offer a degree of CLINICAL (i.e. NURSING) insight will be very highly prized. That means you'll need to be a nurse OR AN ex-nurse, or otherwise be able to demonstrate very good experience of having managed nursing home services, if you do not have a clinical background.

To find out more, please call us in the office and ask for Sam or Tim. Or apply with whatever old CV you can lay your hands on and we'll take care of updating it for you, if you decide you'd like to proceed.

Sam is an ever-present consultant to the UK care sector which he has served since 2009. Since day one he has been telling people that nurses and social care professionals (of all kinds) are the unsung heroes of society.

He credits his affinity for the care sector to his Granny, who passed away in 2016 after a five-year battle with Dementia.

Sam believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success.

He continues to develop Recruitment Panda to be an EMPLOYER WHO CARES (like our clients) and to continue to be simply the best at...
