As Registered Manager, you'll work directly with the Director to secure CQC registration, develop operational excellence, and build a compassionate team that provides outstanding care. With a focus on private clients and delivering bespoke care packages, you'll be instrumental in shaping a service that truly stands out.

Your role will include:

• Leading the CQC registration process and ensuring compliance.
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of dedicated care staff.
• Building meaningful relationships within the local community to drive growth.
• Developing systems and processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.
