Position: Community Manager (Unit Manager)

This brand new role offers a starting salary of £50k per annum and the opportunity to play a leading role in a greatly successful ongoing transformation. As Community Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our specialised dementia and end-of-life communities. Completing the Senior Leadership team reporting to the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team of nursing and care staff to ensure top-quality care.

Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

  • Nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience managing a ward/community or as a deputy or other junior manager in a nursing home
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Compassionate approach to resident care
