Are you assessing your options?

Do you want to work for a provider that values you?

This is one of the biggest nursing homes in the North West, do you want to to be part of making the biggest the best?

You'll be working for a small, but growing, family run care provider, who are truly ahead of the times in terms of their structure.

They have an in house trainer, a marketing executive and a newly appointed Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager. You really will have all the support at your fingertips.

To succeed in applying you will have experience of leading nursing teams and coaching and developing people to be their best. You will also be experienced elderly care and dementia care. You will be either a Deputy Manager with experience in a nursing home setting or a senior nurse/clinical lead looking to progress your career. You will have knowledge of current legislation and expected standards within the social care sector and be well organised with management skills apparent. Ideally be an RGN or RMN with up to date clinical skills but this isn't a necessity.

Want to hear more or enquire about other opportunities? Apply below or call Kim Stark on 0161 914 5722 now. The roles we work on change, literally every day, I'd love to count you as a contact.

Sam believes great recruitment is a cornerstone of great care and that delivering where others have failed is the key to our success.

He continues to develop Recruitment Panda to be an EMPLOYER WHO CARES (like our clients) and to continue to be simply the best at...
