You will have had previous Care Home leadership experience and learned a thing or 2 about the Care Inspectorate.
YOU MUST BE A NURSE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE - either RGN or RMN.
You may be a dedicated nurse with good tenures, ready for the next step towards management.
