This is a small residential service with a great core team of staff. The home is part of a small family run company that has services across Scotland, so plenty of room for career progression and development.
Well established, they have a long history almost spanning 30 years. The home has an excellent reputation, both locally and from the Care Inspectorate. It is also rather different from the rest with specialities in mental health.
There is a lovely Home Manager at the helm who is ready to take you under her wing.
The salary is competitive for the area, paying up to £37k for the right person plus bells and whistles.
