Deputy Managers, Senior Carers, Team Leaders, Unit Managers............

If you are reading this then you are looking for something more perhaps.

Maybe you have just had a tough day and you want to see if the grass is greener elsewhere.

Feeling frustrated in your current role and want more of a challenge?

You could just want the next step in your career, but don't know where to turn.

If you have elderly care experience and truly enjoy working with this client group and are, or have aspirations of being a Deputy Manager then let's talk.

If you are in Barrow-In-Furness or within commuting distance and have led teams within a care home setting, be that as an experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader or even as a Deputy Manager, then this job might be for you.

This is a small residential service with a great core team of staff. The home is part of a small family run company that has services across Cumbria and the North West, so plenty of room for career progression and development.

The home has an excellent reputation, both locally and from the CQC.

There is a lovely Home Manager at the helm who is ready to take you under her wing.

The salary is competitive for the area, paying up to £30k for the right person plus bells and whistles.

So what are you waiting for, pick up the phone and give me a call for more details, or apply with your CV (don't worry if it's not up to date) I can help you with that.
